SHIPPING

Shipping is to the UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND THE UK only 

Processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, afterwards a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon your item has shipped out.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Due to COVID, please allow anywhere from 2-10 business days for delays if there are any. 
Shipping time will depend on the shipping method id selected at checkout

SHIPPING POLICY

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you would like to ensure there's no issue with your package please be sure to track the order and be home during the time of delivery.

-If your tracking shows the item is lost before delivery we will issue a full refund or send out a new item.
-If your item is missing or stollen after delivery we can not issue a refund.

Be sure to contact the delivery carrier for any information on shipping or delays. Once items have left the mood global facility they’re no longer within our control.

RETURN/ REFUND

We truly value our customers happiness

If there's any defect with an item we will issue a full refund.

For all other reasons such as "fit or dislike" we accept returns for store credit or exchanges.

BLOG SUBMISSIONS

MoodGLOBAL is more than just a store. It’s a community of wonderlust travelers sharing stories and inspiring one another.
Submit a blog post to be feature on the website sharing your tips and travel experiences with the moodGLOBAL community!

Requirements:

At least 3 high resolution photos with the same photo size dimensions (SQUARE) 1080X1080

Must be wearing a moodGLOBAL item in one of the photos. 

The blog should be helpful, informative or inspiring in some way.

Please check for spelling mistakes and grammar issues prior to submitting.

Credit will be give to the author.
